Allow the oil to fully saturate into the pores of the wood, for a minimum of 15 minutes, but allowing it to absorb overnight is preferred for best results. Finally, wipe off any excess oil and buff the wood vigorously until it is silky smooth. Your board is now moisturized and ready for use.
