Formulated with all-natural ingredients, the John Boos Board Cream ensures safety for food-preparation surfaces by penetrating deep into the grain of the wood to protect and revitalize the wood fibers, preventing the drying, splitting, and cracking of cutting boards, bowls, or kitchen utensils.

The instructions for using the Board Cream are as follows: Apply an even coat to all surfaces of your wood cutting board using an applicator. Allow the Board Cream to fully penetrate the wood fibers overnight, then wipe off any excess oil. Apply additional cream to any visibly dry spots. Use at least once per month (depending on the cutting board use and household conditions) and more often in dry or arid climates. Do not over-moisturize your cutting board. For additional protection, use Boos Block Mystery Oil (sold separately) to seal the top of the wood surface.
